The facts are these. I've had a season ticket for 15 years. Bar one capitulation in 99/00 and one promotion I've watched many years of relegation battles/relegations.
Finally we have something to get excited about and I will not give up until it is mathematically impossible.

Chill everyone, nervous times. But i'll tell you this if i was a Barnet fan i'd be more nervous. In my opinion the pressure is all on them, all we have to do is deliver two wins, it's there's to lose and it could go down to the final seconds. I still think they may well buckle (pardon the pun).

Well, after coming back from a hard and very very long shift at work where I'd managed to avoid all football results and the National result, I'd like to say thanks to everyone who ruined a perfectly good match thread which I enjoyed very much until about page 8...
*edit* incidentally, it was mid-Feb 2012 when it became mathematically impossible for us to qualify for the 2015/16 Champions League....if come April 18th 2015 we can no longer win the Conference I will care for about 15 minutes and then look forward to the play-offs. Just to put it in some kind of perspective...

Win next two games, Barnet draw one of theirs. It will be a ground breaking finish! Did anyone really expect anything like this at start of season?
Winners look forward with hope, optimism and confidence. We have plenty of that and can only win our games and look to others to slip, trip or fall.
