Four weeks of naff all The board probably heard that Bideford had leaked the news and then decided that us worthless pile of tat (Fans) should not get ideals above our station. We will hear when they are good and ready, who are we to expect anything or believe we are worthy of any kind of respect from them. Indifference, arrogance and egotistic self inflation are the driving qualities of our board, they are probably all too busy back slapping and preparing a fresh pile of sand to bury their heads in next season. Communication is not an option. |

My sincere apologies are in order, after todays silence from the Mem.
Am away on holiday and logged on here earlier expecting to find out who the new signings were.
Immediately texted my source who was equally astonished but was still insistant that the four previously mentioned were done deals.
Makes me wonder if Hanham is not to far away from the reasons why.
Have to say the Bod seem to be continuing in their old ways and four weeks on from them presiding over our demise from the FL they have still not come out with anything to cheer up the people that really matter, the fans!

God, I am impatient. Still refreshing twitter every 5 seconds now waiting for something to be announced! Its going to be a long old summer.
I do fully expect there to be some transfer activity this week, otherwise I think most of us are going to be feeling even more deflated (if that's possible!)

We should be trying to sign experienced Nigerians in their early 30s. Keep them for 5 years and sell them as 21 year olds.

I thought something along these lines.... why note buy alfreton town, make them wear yellow, wack um on a sun bed and sell them as brazil.... you might think, 'ah, but there not as good at football as brazil'.... you will change you're mind when they play against Bristol rovers.... |

Bristol Rovers are set to unveil their first summer signings in the coming days. Anthony Sweeney will be unveiled as player/coach on a 2 year deal from Hartlepool.
Prolific Salisbury City striker Jamie White will also join the pirates on a 2 year deal. Rovers have also agreed a deal to bring Matty Taylor (Forest Green and England C) to The Memorial Stadium after a fee was agreed by the 2 clubs.
Ex-pirate Joe Anyinsah also looks set to re-join Rovers on a 1 year contract from Wrexham.
The above just appeared on the Football Rumours site and as such is probably bollux but who knows? Made me smile anyway.
Anyinsah - would you have him back? At least we might get another diving thread.
