Wealdstone F.C. The Wealdstone FC club crest was first produced as a Lapel Badge in 1949, but it didn't appear on the team shirts until the late 1960s. It was designed specifically for the club and incorporates blue and white quarters. Royal blue & white quarters have traditionally been the club colours since the 1920s. (A break with tradition in the 1970s and 80s was rectified in 1995 when the club returned to the quartered shirts.) Currently play in plain blue shirts in Conference South. “The Stones” play at The Vale, Ruislip and are managed by Gordon Bartlett. The 1984/85 season was to be the Club’s most successful. They became the first of only three clubs so far to achieve the non-league “double”, winning the Football Conference and FA Trophy in the same season. Current team includes Scott McGleish. Previous players include Stuart Pearce, Vinnie Jones and JJ O’Toole (on loan). Historic colours: wealdstone-fc.com/history/club-colours/link
