Seems to be under massive pressure to keep his job. A lot of Liverpool fans seem to be turning against him.
What does everyone think? I don't really know where Liverpool fans are thinking they should finish? Until they spend the sort of money that the likes of Chelsea, Man Utd, Man City and to a lesser extent Arsenal then how can they be expecting to challenge for top 4? I understand losing in the fa cup to Villa was disappointing but they still got further than both Manchester teams and Chelsea.

I think liverpools fans thought they were going to repeat the glories of old, and be back winning everything

They've spent a fair bit but not wisely.

They've spent a fair bit but not wisely. It's wages they need to spend it on if they want top 4.

His job is safe apparently. They are mad to give him anymore money to spend (spunk).

History doesn't win you titles or get you challenging for them. Liverpool are at times playing decent football and have finished in the league where they should for the amount of money they are spending so Rodgers should keep his job in my opinion.
When you lose 6-1 on the final day of the season though and one of the most legendary players to pull on a Liverpool shirt ends his career with you, this one will always go down as a bad season for them.

I am on the fence as regards to Rodgers. Losing 6-1 to Stoke is inexcusable but they very nearly won the league last season and like I said in a previous post, until they spend the wages then they aren't going to finish in the top 4.
I think giving Rodgers more time would be fair, however I also think a lot of good managers will be available this summer so it is not an easy decision to make. Rodgers hasn't spent his money particularly wisely.
