Watching the video, this is what was kept shackled under Ward last season. (not blaming anyone, definitely not wishing to start a debate, just pointing out)
Can we have an update on DC's current condition please? Has he gone home in a taxi with chunks of carrot down his front?

Has he gone home in a taxi with chunks of carrot down his front? Someone put on twitter he was in a restaurantin Portishead with Steve Yates. Where does Darrell live by the way?

What an absolute beauty! Just felt a surge of pride in our club watching this video. Today took me from about 95% faith in him to 100% - Darell Clarke's Barmy Army!

Has he gone home in a taxi with chunks of carrot down his front? I wouldn't begrudge him if he did! It'll be disgraceful if he's paid for a single drink tonight.

Damn missed it. I was there after the game for one then moved down to the Anchor, that would have made a great day even better. What a top bloke.

I'm 30 and he's the best manager in my lifetime. Better than Ollie.

I can't believe he did that in this modern world of cynical pay-cheque managers and agents. What a fantastic appreciation for the fans he has. It has restored my faith in something or other. Well done DC.

I'm 30 and he's the best manager in my lifetime. Better than Ollie. I'm cough... a bit older and he's the 2nd best manager in my lifetime, after King Gerry of course. Oh, actually make that 3rd, after Gerry and Garry Thompson.

Fantastic video, and certain other fans saying otherwise just shows complete bias or sad sanitisation of football, or a bit of both...
If Cotteril or Hurst went into their local tonight and did the same, their fans reactions would be the same as ours.

That is awesome! And to be honest, when he gave his interviews after the match, it was the first time I've seen him relax and be himself. "you've got a lot of preparation work now" - the BT Sport presenter. Darryl Clarke - "no, I'm off to the Bahamas for 2 weeks" - great response, great guy and my god, has he been through it... exactly what I was going to say. He is usually slightly curt, speaks really fast, and doesn't make eye contact in his interviews. First time I've ever seen him relaxed, joking, slowing down. AND i think that relaxation is really showing with the team. We are oozing class at the moment. fluid and loose, like a fluidy, loosy thing.
