Thanks Ras for posting. Just arrived over on the new site now. I know a lot of people knock the official forum but potential new members and those from other clubs will always look for a forum on the official site first. Delighted to take advantage of the new alternatives, however, and join this group

But we'll be back in our numbers next season. Like we always are.
Strangely looking forward to it now. But that doesn't mean I'm at all happy that we are in the situation we're in.

Hey Huggy,how did you find the IF? Hi, I like it. I didn't read it much when I was on the OF, so didn't really have any view of it before the OF went down. But it seems to be pretty level and considered about the football. If they were comparatively negative before, I think the majority of Gas have joined them at that level since we got relegated, any way. I know I have. I do hesitate to post the sort of stupid stuff I used to enjoy on the OF, though. |

I think you hit the nail on the head with your last sentence.ashamed to say I was a bit of a bad boy in my early years and did some time in borstal,and the pecking order reminds me of those days when you had to be very careful and think before you spoke (when the worry was a physical beating not a verbal one though ). |

How quickly they forget. Just reading Vonner (a City fan's) comments on how no fans should ever transgress and run onto the pitch and if they do they should suffer the consequences. Well, there was a lot more at stake in the Wycombe game than that JPT shambles but who invaded the pitch then - not in order to celebrate but just to provoke opposing fans. Didn't notice City going out of their way to punish the wrongdo'ers (may be wrong though - if so can someone tell me what punishment was metered out?)
