Sorry I'm back home in Weston-Super-Mare as I decided the summing up was going to be very technical and even over my head.
What is:-
1 - A conditional - non conditional contract 2 - A stop date - cut off date
etc
The Contract is very complex and even if a layman had the Contract in front of them the references to made to Clauses, Sub-Clauses it is very difficult to get your head around it.
The case closes tomorrow. A decision will NOT been made tomorrow but some time next week. If I was a betting man, I'd say Wednesday morning. That's based on the Judge reading all the documents over the long Bank holiday weekend, warning each legal team on Tuesday that they need to be in Court for the verbal decision on Wednesday at 10.30.
I may go up to the Court for the decision, whenever that is, as my diary is free next week.
If I go, it will be possible to post a short message from inside the Court of the decision. I have been told the decision may take some time as the Judge will explain the reason for her decision.

Well done Severncider for a stirling job this week keeping us all informed with your SteveK like daily court reports. I thought you suggested the Judge had to finish our trial on Friday has she had another case due to start week, if so, will she have time to deal with our own Judgement early next week? What's your gut feeling on how the case will go, as your thinking of returning for the Judgement are you hopeful it will go our way?

When a Judge delivers a "verdict" they do that before the start of that days Court proceedings.
On Monday or was it Tuesday, before our case restarted a Judge who must have heard a different case gave the verdict for that case before our case recommenced. In that instance it took him 5 minutes and then he disappeared.
I am told it may take a few hours if she reads out the reason for her decision, but if she starts with I find in ********* favour, it is possible to tweet, send email or message with a short heading "we won/lost" and then follow up when she finishes why the decision went that way.
I am hopeful it will go our way, would I bet my house on it, no. The moral answer is that "it should go our way" but the legal answer is "who knows".

Thanks for all your efforts. If we just went with what the BEP print the forum world would be in meltdown. It's good to have some balance.

Thanks severncider, make sure you leave the court room before you tweet as we don't want you lock up for contempt of court at the depth.

The club, meanwhile, are believed to have suspended season-ticket sales for the time being. Finance director Toni Watola was unavailable for comment when contacted by the Bristol Post, at the time of going to press. Read more: www.bristolpost.co.uk/BRISTOL-ROVERS-Darrell-Clarke-facing-big/story-26549004-detail/story.html#ixzz3arCiYGEa Does this imply as was being reported on here and the other forum earlier this week that should we win the court case that we may have to move out of the Mem sooner than expected? They wouldn't want to sell ST for the Mem, if we end up playing at Twerton, Cheltenham or elsewhere etc.
