Nh suggested 2-4 weeks only last week? In all fairness, he's been wrong quite a lot on this topic... ![(:))](//storage.proboards.com/forum/images/smiley/ninja.png)

I hope we get a definative answer so we can move on one way or the other. If the definitive answer is NO, we won't be moving on very much at all. ![:|](//storage.proboards.com/forum/images/smiley/plain.png)

Is this just opinion mate or based on evidence? Based on NH latest interview How confident are you feeling re: the UWE these days Henbury? Given you've come across as the most optimistic in my memory.

I doubt we will get a definative I expect there will be appeals etc for ever and ever.

I'm confident the "UWE" will be built, not sure in what format or who the owners will be, but its to big a project to let die i think with our American friends sniffing around (Icon) i'm sure they are part of a "Plan B" if and when it happens My Contacts within South Glos planning are still very confident it will go ahead

Not worthless Hugo as there would still be value in the Mem as a club asset but worth less using the formula £30m less what the Mem is worth. Anyway it wouldn't matter to us as supporters what new owners paid for their shares would it as long as they take us onwards and upwards?
