I remember reading about this on the other forum and couldn't believe what I was reading. It's farcical that after a Wembley promotion with so much good feeling among fans, that you are unable to purchase a season ticket. What the bloody hell is going on?!

I can understand the shirt sales scenario, but not the season tickets one. Actually bought mine in April so am wondering if they still haven't worked out the poste early bird pricing yet phil

Still have a non-league commercial department then. The club should of been shouting from the rooftops that in the week following the final, season ticket prices will remain frozen..

It's a disgrace after all whatelse have NH & TW got in their minds this week, it's not like they are tied up in the RCJ all week!!
Regardless is waiting one week or so really going to make that much difference buying an S/T is slightly different than buying a shirt for Wembley

In its a weeks time, the spur of the moment might be gone
Surely you would think the club would have an idea whatever happened at Wembley.

Surely, once a play-off spot was guaranteed, it should have been possible to do a ticket pricing projection for either outcome? The club really should have put themselves in a position to be able to take advantage of the "feel good factor" whilst it is at it's height.

Regardless is waiting one week or so really going to make that much difference buying an S/T is slightly different than buying a shirt for Wembley what you are describing is a very inefficient and centralised / dictatorial management style, which is not what any business wants. Have you heard of the word delegation? Why on earth would commerical issues, involving PAID staff members, need day-to-day input of the Chairman and Finance Director? If you run a business like that nothing will get done, and staff will soon leave for a better job, where they can get on with any responsibilities delegated to them. Selling a ST is an admin duty, not a Director's duty. Setting prices and policies is a Director's duty and that should have been done ages ago. We've been in the play-off slots [or briefly top] every day since November. To put it simply, as Gregsgas wrote, to turn away anyone waving £6OO at a shop counter is terrible business / admin / organisation / decision making.
