The reason it's been arranged for those dates is because due to the Euro 16 in France, all Spanish league games finish earlier this season. The last league game for both clubs is on the same weekend. So not to let the good work done so far dwindle, another date was looked at and this was it. Unfortunately unavoidable with a Rovers game. Deposits are being taken now and it's an individual choice about missing a game which may be a big game, but just as easily be a mid table nothing match as unable to claim either way at the moment. Could it not at least have been arranged for when we had an away game so it had no detrimental effect to our club? I just think it seems poor organisation and a bit crazy, so I'm out. No, the fixtures match I.e. Both home or away towards end of season. They also had to take into account when / what hotels are open. The hotel used last year is closed this time. How is it detrimental to the club? If you think it's taking people off the gate, don't forget that Sabadell fans are coming over for 2 games this season and that will add to the gate of those games, balancing it out across the season.

I agree that its a bit daft to clash with our own match. This could be very popular if it didn't. Makes the Blackpool trips look tame !!!
