Sad to hear that - lived in my road when I was a child, so was always a bit of a local hero to us kids .....

Just read on Facebook. Mike Jay has put a piece on there. But so far, no announcement on official club web site!

How sad to hear of Gordan passing on, I am sure if he got to St. Peter he passed him like a flash but shame he left the ball behind him, was not the most gifted player but always gave his best for the blues and you can't ask anymore of someone. I remember we lost at home , I think to Southampton on the Sat, we then played West Brom away on the Tues, half time we were 2-0 down, Gordan came on second half totally changed the game ended up 2-2, I'm sure he scored at least one of the goals, my favourite memory. Rest in peace, blessings to you.
