Cramp in the sole of your foot. Right in the arch, that or standing on an upturned plug. Like when you've been standing on the pavement too long, waiting to cross, then when you finally step off and get that shooting pain go through your foot. |

It was Frank. Years ago, Frank featured on some adverts.we saw Frank drinking beer on a beach with some attractive ladies.we saw him skiing, scube diving, drinking even more beer.....Frank had a great life.....all I had to do was join up, and I could have a life like Frank........
