He'll break into the first team this season. A good challenger to keep Taylor and Hatrison on their toes.

Good work! looking forward to hearing from those who made the trip.
Out of interest, I've yet to see him play, people say Ellis is the most natural scorer at the club, is Lucas pushing him??

7-0. Good workout. Fair play to their keeper for taking all the banter in good spirits. We lost a bit after Mansell and Sinclair went off but still looked very comfortable. Nice football fix for £8.

Scored a lovely floated header from Gosling's cross. His other two were pens, and as we know, pens don't count. Looks composed and seems happy to run the channels.

I do like the way DC is going about the friendlies by basically having two seperate squads and giving people a lot of minute rather than wholesale changes in every game, think I'm gonna pop up Mangadoo tomorrow now.

Can't keep calling him by his surname - what's his handle? He may get a bit bristly if you do that.

Just heading back from the game so just a quick report.
Bodin has been a stand out, for me, in both games. Opposition were not great but you play what's in front of you and he's done that.
Stu Sinclair looks sharp and fit as ever, as did Mansell. Macca is a proper leader and talks all the time.
Lucas just scores goals and at 19 should develope into a good target man. Works hard and runs into the channel's well, too.
17 year old lyttle looks very composed and one for the future.

Who's Bodin? Have I missed something amongst the copious amount of Sainsbury's threads?

Billy Bodin. Son of Paul who played a lot of games for Swindon. I think he's 24 but has had a big injury and is trying to get his career back on track. On trial with us.

Who's Bodin? Have I missed something amongst the copious amount of Sainsbury's threads? He's a young lad released from Northampton. Struggled with injury the last few seasons.
