Isn't it a clear indication from JTS' posts today, and building up to it last week, that a deals been agreed already, at least in principle if not signed? If so, I assume the consortium are already aware of Plan B and for some reason have already chosen not to speak out? Then again perhaps the consortium never really existed and NH has used this story to try and push up the value of the club in his negotiations? If the consortium does exists then surely it's time for somebody to leak their details along with their plans before it's too late, assuming that time hasn't already passed? Roll on the end of January when surely some facts will have to emerge when the final throw of the dice has been taken. Make that the end of February, or even March as if this matter gets as far as the Appeal court the Judges will then take their time making their decision. |

Higgs is relying on winning £30 mill off Sainsburys, then if he does he will bring in 2 or 3 "investors" each of whom cough up £5 million to pay for the build. Plan B could be: 1) Part ownwership and rent. (2) Just rent and the sale of the Mem for housing pays off our debt or (3)To sell to a consortium. Whatever we wont know for at least a month. He had better hurry up and sell it for housing then, there's a price slump on the way. |

I've gone all modern. Nowadays, I'm a shower man. Golden ? Golden Shower? Eck, no, but I do have a dit on that matter but it's best if I don't put it on here. Save the Earth, Save the Polar Bears, Hug a Tree......I just wait for heavy rain, then go outside for my shower. Get naked, and just wash and rinse. I've made lots of new friends doing this. There are the lovely people from the local Police Station, a couple of Nurses, a really nice Probation Officer and even a group of Social Workers! It's a great way of meeting people. |

Shock horror- Bootie has a dit on abuse of body fluids. could spin one myself about consumption of said fluid, but as you said it's not for this medium.  Have amused used my work colleagues with tails of strip washing in the North German woodlands. Have you heard something then...?!! I would suggest JTSs optimistic post first thing this morning was something to get my hopes up yes. I would also say that his later post saying he'd jumped the gun a little was cause for disappointment. I have been up and down like Weston donkeys on this thread like many others. Since day 1 this thread has been full of sh**. Some would say it's from the naked men with guns and some would say it's from the ITKs! One thing that has remained is my belief that among others JTS has posted good reliable information that at all times he has good reason to believe to be wholly accurate. The reason there is so much crap here is because basically other than a couple of people no one knows anything. And some would say even they know nothing. You could make a case that my naked fat man has brought as much value and insight into this subject as much as 99% of the other posts on this thread. It's been a weird thread and has largely gone unmodderated. There are many arguments and accusations and a lot of childish bollocks yet most of us seem to check in daily if only to report there is nothing to report. As such ALL posts provide an interesting view. It's fun, stupid, annoying, exciting, self depreciating, irreverent, passionate, clever, insightful, argumentative, childish and informative. In many ways this thread shows what it's like to be a gashead, laid bare in all its terrible glory. And every one of us here cares. Shut up meg. |
