It achieves whatever you want it to achieve. Remember it's not just you on here. It's obvious that like me a lot of people on here ARE excited at the prospect. This has been posted in good faith. I'm not into conspiracies etc. I picked up on this and thought it right everyone else should be made aware. If no one posted what they pick up on, this would be a very quiet site. As it happens, I now know that we have potentially an exciting future ahead. As I left the Mem on Saturday, I was disappointed, but just thought how pleased I will be when this gets its official unveiling, and more importantly the plant moves onto the site, which I am now more convinced than ever is going to happen. TBH I haven't seen many posts along those lines, I'd say the majority are like me, spectacle, apart from those claiming to be ITK? That made I laugh |

I don't mean specifics i.e. "[insert name] told me [insert conversation] on [insert date]"; I just literally mean what has made you more confident? Was it a conversation you had with someone? And was that someone a fan like you or I and apparently ITK, or was it from someone who would definitely know i.e. Nick Higgs himself or another member of the BoD? |

If the revelations made by the ITKs were designed to cause the alleged consortium to be revealed then it has failed to do so yet. Is it possible that if there are buyers out there they would prefer to make their prescence known when they choose to do so.

The question I have is that of timing. Are we expecting some announcement 'soon' as in the next few days or weeks, or are we looking at something that depends on the appeal? Also, if it the latter, does this mean we actually want to lose the appeal so this whole affair comes to a conclusion? |

if there's any tructh in this then let's just hope something happens this side of Christmas as otherwise I can see us getting dragged into another relegation fight if DC's not given funds to improve the sqaud. If we face another season in the National league I think I'll give up as I can't see us escaping from their so easy a second time around.

From memory, the appeal date is sometime in the new year, so it would seem unlikely for Higgs so sell-up before that. |

Why doesn't Higgs just say you can have the club for x amount but if we win the appeal I want another amount on top |
