I can't honestly see Higgs letting someone else take the glory for UWE so I would imagine he'll be holding out until the appeal. The concern with that is the consortium, if they exist, may not be willing to wait. Why doesn't Higgs just say you can have the club for x amount but if we win the appeal I want another amount on top Maybe he has? |

I'll make that easy for you as basically all we've been told is there's a unknown consortium interested, which could be West Midlands based (but it's not Mike Turl) or London based but NH is not taking it seriously. Plus NH says he's angry with Gasincider & JTS that they are taking it seriously!

I still can't see what businessmen would invest £50m in Rovers when we've probably only made a profit once or twice in 50 years!

Why can't he explain that anyway? We don't make money cause we don't invest in the team,if we had players that people were excited to come and watch the attendance would be up a few thousand and that would pay for their wages
Speculate to accumulate this club has never done that that's why it has never gone anywhere,it ok getting loans out for a stadium that will never happen so why can't we spend a bit on the team get the mem packed out and give all the supporters something to look forward to every week.

I think Geoff agrees with you - UTG @geoffdunford 12h12 hours ago We needed to invest in a striker before relegation and it is still required! There has to be investment in the team rather than lawyers. |

I have to say that if there is someone waiting to build us a stadium and invest in the team I would have prefered it to have been announced in through the club or via the media. I cannot see what has been acheived by this. If it is true then we have been deprived of the exitement that would follow such an event like being told in November what you are having for Christmas. On the other hand if this turns out to be false then we have had our hopes built up for nothing.

Why can't we do something like raise the team like we done raise the roof,if they won't spend the money on the team were have to do it somehow
Scrap the 50/50 and get nick to give some box seats instead next to the bliss and save some cash up
