Firstly i am sad i was the one who had to break this news - my reasons are honourable i assure you and i have spent many days considering whether i was right to do so I have known about this for a period of weeks and have given ample time for it to surface itself - Sadly it has not - I believe what i have passed on to be true and if proved otherwise i am fully prepared to fall on my sword and apologise fully for being wrong as well as lose any respect i may/may not have from Gasheads - i feel supporters deserve to know something if it has a bearing on the future of the club we love and not just known to a few - i am also not a fan of 'i know something you don't know' and think everyone has the right to do know if its 'out there' my tin hat is firmly on and i know i will come in for plenty of stick in fact its already begun - that is my issue and i will have to live with it - thanks for some of the kind comments and i promise you i have only done this because i genuinely feel its the right thing to do and will of course keep you updated if i find out anything new Cheers and UTG - JTS Jon I really don't know what to make of the above and I feel like I am missing something. Are you corroborating what gasinsider has said regards a consortium offer or are you still talking about the alleged plan to build a slimmed down 3 way owned uwe. Sorry I don't do twitter |

Re Plan C - could it be that NH & Toni the Till don't like the look of the potential investors. Just thinking about what happened at Hereford, Salisbury, Swindon etc & what's going on at Crawley. I guess they have to undertake due diligence on any prospective purchaser!

We need to find out who the consortium are and what they have planned. If it's better than plan a and b then it may well be time for fans to protest if NH isn't going to listen.
Make his position very uncomfortable for 90 minutes each week.

I doubt the fans directors know. They don't get told anything. Bet CS knows, and the sh*thead has only been here a couple of days. Absolutely disgraceful. In fact someone give him a lift back to Plymouth tomorrow.
You therefore have to ask yourself why he has been appointed whilst this potential deal is on the table? Answers on a fag packet.
As JTS says, the best thing now is get the group themselves to make themselves known and what they are offering. It is sure to get out what plan B and plan C are.

One issue we need clarifying is where CJ/EW sit, are they pro Plan B or Plan C, if the latter then was CS lying when he said he'd been persuaded by those two to join the BoD? However, if they favour Plan B then we really need to know who's part of the consortium so we can decide if they really are genuine in thier intentions, it'll a bit disconcerting if it turns out that the whole of the BoD are anti Plan C? One think for certain is that we should tell sh1thead CS what we think of him tomorrow & next Saturday! |
