They must have at least 50 Strikers on their books! They'll be dishing out more loans than Wonga. Never mind Slimbridge. Parkin needs Slimfast.

They are completely unsustainable, held together by a man with clearly more money than sense

They are completely unsustainable, held together by a man with clearly more money than sense It'll all end in tears sooner rather than later. Our model built on continuous and consistent tears is far more sustainable, IMO.

They are above where they naturally should be btw. They do very well considering the tools they have been given. So they have a wealthy owner. Who doesn't? Same as the teds, as long as the man stays in the seat, they are fine.

Simon, they couldn't keep the strikers they had last season happy with rotation/exclusion, the problem has now got bigger for the new Manager. nice problem to have (potentially)

They chucked money at it last season and achieved nothing. The teds also proved that just chucking money at it doesn't work. Salisbury didn't have a pot to water in last season but finished only 5 points off of them. They are only above where they should be because of the money. I swear they've stayed up a fair few times too because the teams below couldn't go up.
