Well, after all this time, after all the bluster, we now know the issues that Cameron wants to negotiate, and the overwhelming feeling I have is.................feck, is that it? Is that all he wants to negotiate? I think if the EU were drastically reformed, if it was forced/made to work better, then it could be a force for good and worth being a part of. However, I cannot ever see that happening. I work and live on the continent, but I feel it's time for the UK to get out of the EU.

I've always wanted out never felt comfortable with being in europe, cant stand that we pay in billions as our growth is better than others but we as individuals are worse off than the french, whom we seem to give money to, it's almost as if the Dam surrender monkeys have such a complex over running away in two world wars that they can only feel normal if the have some sort of power over us. Let the Dam french fend for themselves as they seem to think they are the most important bunch of failures in the world, well lets see how they do without our money , it's almost as if they still want us to pay for damaging that shithole of a country whilst freeing them all those years ago ( can explain the the money comments if anyone is interested ) Let europe burn in the cesspool it has created, then send em a telegram reminding em napolean was a lady garden

Thing is, I want to defend him because I think he's the only even vaguely competent leader of a political party we have at the moment. But I think he's got this massively wrong. You open a negotiation by asking for much more than you would actually settle for. He's asking for less than the minimum that a good chunk of his supporters would accept. Unless he's got a massive cat to pull out of the bag at some point, he'll come back before the referendum and say "I asked for these changes and I got most of them..." and we're going to go "thanks EU but bye..."

You're right. I cannot believe that he set the bar so low !
