Thoughts go out to everybody involved, can only hope for as few casualties and serious injuries as possible. Why do we keep doing these things to one another

Terrorism has no religion.
Many Muslims are disgusted by tonight's events just as much as everyone else.

I'm off to Paris myself in a few weeks, thoughts are with all those affected. It must be terrible, especially those in the concert hall.
It may be worth keeping this thread as a book of condolence and refrain from comment and gallows humour out of respect.

What had petepitare said wrong? It probably was Isis and they are Muslim and sick bar stewards.

I'm sure our friends from France would drop a small tactical weapon over North east Syria if they can prove that is the source of this terrorism
After the French President went into the concert hall to see the carnage, that how he feels

I think people should be able to express their thoughts respectfully and reflect on these terrible events. We also need to be aware of the dangerous world we live in.

I must say (in no way at all condoning or defending these despicable people) i do feel we (as a government) as well as the americans are the sole responsibility in groups like these arising. Sadam hussein did some horrible things but he kept these people in check. It wasnt until we went wading in that it all kicked off and these militant groups popped up. Blair and bush have a lot of blood on their hands and it is only going to increase. I have 2 small children (under 4) and i do fear for their future and the things they will see/experience due to groups like isis.

Interesting that the band playing in the concert hall played a gig in Bristol only last week. Just goes to show how close to home this really all is.
