What kind of reception did the crowd give to Keith?

Pretty nondescript really. Given last nights events, and our home record I think the return of KC took a back seat.

Polite clapping at the start of the game...nothing excessive.

Always rated Curle as a manager and thought he might have done a good job for us at one time. That was before we got DC of course.

Our younger fans wouldn't even know who he is.

Our younger fans wouldn't even know who he is. I'm so old I saw his first game for the reserves.

Our younger fans wouldn't even know who he is. I think younger fans are more knowledgeable than you give them credit for.

He did yell at the 4th official calling Easter a cheat, which went down well with the locals.

I watched him play for the reserves, very big and fast compared to most playing, but that's all he had pace,no tricks or ball skills. Terry Cooper made him a defender at city where his pace and size were more useful. When he stated on signing for city, how much better a club they were than us, I lost any liking of him I had.

He's always had a face like a smacked arse every time I've seen him at the Mem, don't think he ever did much for Rovers to warrant much of a fuss to be made when he returns.

Words where an 'L' follows an 'R' are difficult for Bristolians to pronounce.e.g. Curle or World.Didn't realise until I moved to the Midlands and the locals took the wet.

Of course, there's nothing whatsoever about the Midlands accent for a Bristolian to take the water, is there?. have you stopped taking the mick yet?

Went to the National Arboreteum at Arlewas(Not easy to say) and asked a Brummy receptionist how I could book transport for my disabled M-I-Law to look around and was instructed to book something called 'The Bug Eye'.When I attempted to do so,they didn't have a clue what it was .Turned out he meant the 'Buggy',which was used for disabled people.
