Cool, ok want a fruity tasting bitter 7 day brew from mash tun to drinking, i think its down to yeast and catching the mash right, so what yeast do i need for a 3 day ferment, and more specifically do i need to purge my boil water with co2, to try and get the correct bacteria levels in the tun to give the grains a better chance of converting natural sugars to feed the yeast or is it better to use a yeast feed, another quick question on yeast i also need one that will folicala, flobadob, bollocks i mean stick together and sink cheers |

well beat me with a wet pike called arthur, managed to get a 7 day all grain brew done, was drinkable xmas day, brewed a jennings cocker hoop clone, nice tipple, next time i might use a few less hops
