How do you prove someone is or isn't a Muslim? Brownish skin? Partial to a kebab? Copy of the Quran in their hand?

If they are terrorists from Saudi or elsewhere in the Middle East they'll just get fake passports and claim they're Lebanese Christians.

Trump was talking of a temporary ban until the American immigration can be tightened up. What this means is he believes that they will introduce passenger profiling. Which would be a massive undertaking starting with the passengers travel history, nationality etc and yes their religion.

I worked in the USA on and off for 5 years or so. They believe that the one country's travellers that pose the biggest threat to the USA is the UK. They believe that with so many home grown radicals in the UK that any possible passenger profiling would not work.

So the UK poses the biggest threat to the USA, so they say, sobering thought isn't it.

Hopefully the US can tighten the screw, which in turn means we will have to. Otherwise find it increasingly difficult to travel/trade into USA, which will affect the UK a great deal.
