This is from memory, but I think it was in the book "left foot forward" by former Charlton striker Garry Nelson (good book by the way). He (or another player) picked up a serious injury (broken leg?) while playing at trashton against the sh1t, and as he was being stretchered off they were singing, "you'll never walk again". Nice place. Yeah, excellent book, and a few digs against the sheed in it. iirc, in that book he rips into a sheed player (can't remember which one, now) and then in the sequel he gives the story of how that player unflatteringly caught up with him and tells him he shouldn't have mentioned him in the book, which, of course, he puts in the book. eta: It was Martin Kuhl.
