Perhaps they've had an early indication from the Judges the Appeal isn't going to succeed? It may have even been obvious from the way the Appeal hearing went? Although that's assuming there's any truth in this rumour, don't forget the "end game" and "new beginning" threads plus Taylor was being sold to pay the court fees have all been started by the same OP! Who posted a thread that Taylor was being sold to pay for the court case. I posted one ASKING IF Taylor would be sold. As it happens he's off to Hearts in the summer. Already a done deal. so he wasnt sold to pay court costs then? if hes off he HAS NOT been sold, hes gone on a free, slightly different as your aware.

Well Monday's D Day for you, either you'll be proved right or wrong. If the former you'll no doubt get the credit you deserve for breaking the news, if the latter nobody on here will believe a word you say in the future. Anyway I thought the Heart's rumour was just something you picked up again from Twitter/the forums? It seems odd we're letting our best players leave whilst being taken over by a billionaire. If we are about to be taken over by a billionaire then I'm sure we will not be so worried about Taylor.

It's bizarre this story has taken long to break if it's true, when he was retweeting Rovers related tweets? /photo/1 In October I think, most dismissed it at the time but it could be true, who knows?

On a serious note where do the Jordanians get their money from? The country has virtually no conventional oil to speak of.

Ok - I have just spent half an hour of my life reading 6 pages of............. , and I am still not sure I am any clearer about anything. So, I have a coupe of questions regarding the general consensus of opinion regarding a potential takeover:
1) Would you really want the club to be taken over.
2) Given the current rumours regarding the takeover by a consortium (or possibly a brace or even a trio of consortia), would you trust them any further than you trust the current Board of Directors to act in the best interest of Bristol Rovers Football Club.
Some of these questions may have already been covered in other threads, but we all have our own ideas about the future direction of the club, so
3) Why don't we all club together to form our own consortium?

Why, he already owns Munich 1860 (didn't the 82er's Paul Agostini play for them?) but they are still stuck in the German second division? We're not going to get promoted without retaining some decent Div 2 players.

It MT has signed a pre contract with Hearts it means he does not want to play for us next season.
Why would anyone want to keep a player who does not want to play for us.
My problem was, if this info gets out and Matty has a bad game(s) and misses easy chances he will get some fearful stick from certain sections of our supporters.

And rightly so. If he doesn't want to be here he can f**k off now as far as I'm concerned.

Yeah. Well, my brother's mother-in-law's hairdresser definitely saw him walking by the Mem wearing a kilt and carrying a set of bagpipes. And he was eating what looked like a haggis sandwich. Proof positive, I think.

I suggested Jordanians some time ago in the other thread, can I claim any credit? If there is any truth in this I am surprised something is being announced before the Appeal has been decided. Whatever, I hope this gives us a fresh start and we can move onwards and upwards. Judges give no indications until their judgement.

Wait, Jordan's taking over the club? We have too many massive tits on the board already! Everything will be pink, we will be a laughing stock! Still she can do the half time entertainment, bet she can shout " Let s be avin you!" And people will take notice. next thread will be T bone marrying Matty T, probably as true as this one!

If we play at the UAE, do you think we can get Concorde to take us from Filton, and get the prince to subsidise kids and pensioners travel!
I ll walk naked through Bristol city centre if this is true! Thought magic mushrooms were outlawed, a few on here had them in their supper!
