Just received notification that the AGM is on Monday 7th March.
I have to apply for a copy of the 2015 Audited Accounts so have no idea what the profit/loss was as at 30th June 2015 or what the current outstanding debt is.
Will be at The Mem on Monday morning to get my copy.
I note that Nick Higgs, Edward Ware and Brian Seymour Smith are up for re-election.

I'll confirm the profit/loss and the overall debt.
One thing in the notes. There is a resolution to give BRFC the option to buy 31 Filton Avenue owned by Edward Ware for £520k. For giving that option BRFC have paid Edward Ware £125k.
Remember when it was disclosed by Gasincider that BRFC did not own this property as required by the Contract with Sainsbury, he was slagged off by a few on here. Now what were their names?

I will ask the question but will not expect a reply as this info would be of interested to any interested investor in BRFC.
I will ask for the amount of the outstanding interest on the MSP loan, which is not currently being paid.

Can you double check that it's number 31 Filton Ave and when you think Ed Ware acquired it?

The date that Edward Ware brought this and price paid can be obtained from Land Registry for a charge of £3.

It must fairly recent as the last change registered was in 1997.

It doesn't take a mathematician to work that out?

It doesn't take a mathematician to work that out? You are assuming that the Interest rate has not changed since the terms of repayment where changed, I am not taking that as a given.

What does it matter if the Jordanian's are investing millions in the club next week? You can't have it both ways either you're concerned about how NH is running up debts, or we're about to be taken over and so have our debts wiped out, which is it?

Again, I will await any confirmation from NH.
If that is correct, as with the original Consortium, the debts run up by BRFC under NH could be wiped out.
I am concerned that the increased debt has meant that someone else has to clear them.
Do I assume that you feel it is OK to run up an increased debt of £5m+ on the basis that someone else will bail us out.
I hope you do not run your family finances on that basis.

The Jordanian guys are not going to worry about the cost of a water poor lunch ( a few million quid ) . Lets move onwards and upwards.

I'm really interested in how much the likes of Nick, Geoff and Barry get for their shares if they sell up. Less then they paid would be the right thing to do imo.

Surely that depends on whether it's a fire sale to cut their losses or a multi million pound buyout as somebody feels the income streams etc from the UWE make it worthwhile investing £30+ in the club?

No need to waste £3: m.zoopla.co.uk/property/31-filton-avenue/horfield/bristol/bs7-0aq/2673431It would be interesting to know what warrants the club paying Ed Ware a £125K premium for the property, plus where the money is coming from to purchase it, the MSP loan or a further increase on that loan?
