Mildenhall 6 Tough day for keeping but an assured performance. Good save from Ellison second half.
Leadbitter 6 In and out of the game needs to run at defenders more. J. Clarke 5 no drama's tactically subbed. Lockyer 7 MOTM Proud day for him did the ugly side fantastically well. Parkes 6 ok performance. Brown 6 assist and solid performance.
Lawrence 5 first half awful second half much more influential, won the ball for Brown to cross in for Bodin to score. Lines 5 similar game to Lawrence. Sinclair 6 typical Sincs performance.
Taylor 3 poor game woefully out of form. Gaffney 6 great finish always in the game.
Subs: Bodin 6 great goal done a good job Easter 5
Crowd 7 still pinching themselves after surreal 24hrs. Ref 8 a fantastic ref. Morecambe 5 injury hit but very average on the day.

Mildenhall 7(great when needed)
Leadbitter 8 (a lot better when he switched to full back as he got more of the ball to use down the wing) J. Clarke 2 (not good enough to be in the starting line up for me??, clueless when he has the ball) Lockyer 8 (very steady with some crucial tackles which made up for bad decisions to use long balls in the first half in very strong winds) Brown 7 (nice touches and great cross for second goal) Parkes 5 (gave the ball away too much and the penalty, worked hard though)
Lawrence 4 (can only go side ways and legs have gone) Lines 6 (second half came into it with nice use of possession and had more space after formation was changed) Sinclair 5 (worked harder than most again but when in possession was off form)
Taylor 2 (couldn't find enough space and lacks confidence) Gaffney 7 (worked hard and took his goal well)
Subs: Bodin 7(made a difference and took the goal well, linked well with leadbitter) Easter 5 (few runs but not really game changing
Crowd 8 (I thought the crowd were great especially considering the weather and the start we had) Ref 6 (he missed a few clear cut decisions but was a lot better than the last 4 home game refs we've had) Morecambe 4 (they played better than us with the wind behind them but thankfully first half they didn't with the wind against, and clearly missed some of their normal line up)

Mildy 7 - pretty good game in pretty sh*t conditions
Leadbitter 7.5 - worked really hard and probably our biggest threat going forward, involved in both goals. James Clarke 4.5 - almost the whole team was dreadful right up til half time so it was what it was for him really. Lockyer 7 - great to see him as captain, solid game and one of the few who wasn't a complete disaster first half. Parkes 6 - did okay in the end, poor decision for the penalty. Brown 6.5 - pretty average really, important cross for the winner.
Sinclair 6 - better off the ball. Superb work ethic, energy, and professionalism as ever. Lines 6.5 - actually thought he had a good second half, one of the best players on the ball for either team. So frustrating he just won't shoot anymore though. Lawrence 5 - decent second half as well. He's a lairy bastard though and share the concerns about him and Lines in the same team.
Taylor 3 - barely did anything of note. Not good enough again. Gaffney 6.5 - one of our hardest workers. Decent game without being spectacular and a calm finish for the goal.
Bobyn 7 - much better when he came on, changed the game around and got the winner.
Ref 5 Crowd 8 DC 8 Morecambe 5

Mildenhall 7.5 a competent performance in dreadful conditions Mildy is back to near his best Leadbitter 7 ran his socks off J. Clarke 5 the victim of an early and necessary change of formation Lockyer 8 MoM Immaculate Parkes 6 an ok game Brown 7 good going forward, a sublime cross for the winner Lawrence 4 awful first half better second half but not worth his place Lines 6.5 a couple of good runs but still could do more. Sinclair 6 worked hard Taylor 5 not the sort of game that suits Matty Gaffney 7.5 great goal was a real handful never stopped running Subs: Bodin 7 made a big difference with his early arrival Easter 6 did ok Crowd 8 Ref 7 got most things right Morecambe 6 typical big Northern 4th division team

Mildenhall 6 - Not a lot to do, couple of smart saves.
Leadbitter 7 - Could have used his pace a bit more maybe J. Clarke 6 - Didn't do a lot wrong but rightly sacrificed Lockyer 8 - Captain's performance, my MoM Parkes 5 - Getting a bit worried about Tom, maybe needs a rest? Brown 6 - Needs someone in front of him down the left. Still missing Monkhouse.
Lawrence 5 - Dreadful first half but came into things in the second half. Jury still out. Lines 5 - Enjoyed the cheer when he won a tackle! Something missing from him after last year, don't know what. Sinclair 6 - Non stop as usual but passes the ball sideways too much for me.
Taylor 4 - Noticeably absent and rightly substituted Gaffney 7 - Cracking goal and puts himself about well, plays too wide sometimes?
Subs: Bodin 7 - Made a difference when he came on, good tactical change Easter 5 - More involved than Matty.
Crowd 8 - Bit too quiet after the penalty but back to life after the equalizer. Made Wael most welcome! Ref 5 - Seen better, seen worse.... Morecambe 5 - Physical side but lacking in ideas and quality

Results in and Tom Lockyer is Man of the Match for the NINTH time in the league this season.
In 28 of his 30 league appearances this season, Lockyer has scored above the team average for that game. The only times he didn't was against Northampton on the opening day and away to Dagenham. The next best is Sinclair who has done it in 26 of his 31 league games.
Of the highest scores above the team average, Bodin has three of the top five for substitutes.
We had 23 posters give ratings for this game, the second most this season, after 25 for the Newport game.
The starting XI average was 5.8, Matty Taylor score was 2.5 worse than this. This is the second worst gap to the team average by a starting player all season. Only Parkes' 3.0 gap from 1.6 to the average of 4.6 against Newport was worse.
Mildenhall 7.0
Leadbitter 7.2 J. Clarke 5.4 Lockyer 7.5 Parkes 5.5 Brown 5.8
Lawrence 4.2 Lines 5.5 Sinclair 6.0
Taylor 3.3 Gaffney 6.5
Subs: Bodin 6.8 Easter 5.8
Crowd 6.7 Ref 5.1 Morecambe 5.1
