Did anyone else notice that he seemed to be struggling with his right hamstring towards the end of the match? Hope its not serious. Hamstrings can be a real problem.

I notice that he looks a bit stiff at the end of many games. I was drinking lots of water and eating those chew bars too.
Perhaps he just gets early cramp?
Usually still finds something to make a 40 yard dash

Didn't seem more than usual so hope he is ok. He often does look tired and beaten up at end of games. Testament to the shift he puts in (was outstanding yesterday imho, def my mom) and the fact wingers / lbs tend to try and defend him with brute force taking chunks out of him as they can't beat his pace. Always makes me wince, he's such a tall and slight chap

I noticed one of the Shrimpers defenders taking what looked like an energy gel during the game yesterday.
Maybe something for us to think about?

Lets hope you guys are correct. He did seem to be holding his right hamstring quite a bit. It worried me as I think its the same leg that he had problems with before.

I like leads his pace scares defenders but I'd love to see him go down the line more and cut in less. Seems every time he gets to the byline and gets a cross in we score or nearly score. He's a real rough diamond technique wise but he's improved a lot and with the right coaching he can become a championship standard player I reckon. Him and Lockyer are the two who will make it much higher than league 2 I think.

The 2 crosses that lead to the 2 goals and his attacking appetite makes me wonder if we maybe we should try him out as a striker. He has all the attributes needed, surely worth trying in a game when we have a decent lead?

The two crosses that led to the goals may have led to goals, but they weren't anything like good crosses.

Also Browns cross for Bodins goal was excellent as I remember it. Although I was very drunk. Edit: just saw the highlights and it was a good cross from Brown.

I was talking about Lead's cross that lead to Brown's cross, which wasn't great. edited: coz I just watched it again.

Him and Brown were the only ones doing any real running yesterday. Leads actually did more than anyone else. Maybe he pushed himself a little too far.
Those conditions were hard work for any winger/full back yesterday.
