There was another player in our midfield last night that seems to have been overlooked. Ollie Clark had a great game. On top of scoring his defensive play allowed Lines to get forward.

I was surprised when Lines was not given MOM. Much as I love the beard, it's becoming clear that Lines is at his best without him in the side.
When Lines is at his best, we have the some pace that can spring from defence into attack in a matter of seconds.

Not at last Saturdays game but thought Lines was superb last night and did well in the previous Hartlepool game. Back to carrying the ball forward as he did in last seasons memorable run in. Keep it up and a similar outcome may ensue.
