Anyone get a view on the McBurnie yellow? Looked like a clear Penalty to me - he didn't seem to have a reason to go down looking. The view from the posh boxes, and through a cider haze, it looked like a blatant dive, but happy to be proven wrong.

He did jack sh** during that match and was on the verge of being substituted. He scored, meaning we won without that goal we would have drawn at best, or could have even lost. Mildenhall did little yesterday apart from one brilliant save, so using your logic he was also pathetic? Not sure if you just have a personal hated of Taylor or are just a WUM, but whatever it's all a bit odd/sad for somebody who's apparently a long term fan. As 20 gaols before Easter is pretty impressive going for a Rovers player, plus 5 assists when JJOT's only manged 1 in a table topping team. I'm saddened by tbones incessant putdowns. I'm certain he is a loyal long-term supporter, and of course he is entitlerd to his views and opinions, but when those opinions seem to fly in the face of all logic and sense you have to wonder what his reason is. He does seem to have such an intense dislike of DC and MT that it verges on obsessional behaviour. Yes MT does miss some gilt edged chances, but he's a league two player. Messi is busy apparently. Yes DC does make some team choices that seem to be odd, but we're 4th. I'd rather that than consistent team selection and 8th. On Tbones logic then that lazy goal hanging no effort good for nothing Mr Linekar must have been an appalling player. Any striker scoring every other game us a god send to any team. Fact. Any manager with a win ratio of 50% in his first season in league football is someone ho many teams would walk over fire to have. As I say I can understand to a point his comments on MT but the continuous denigration of DC as clueless is delusional.

This ref gave nothing, but at least he was consistent-ish. The one previous ( a bear hug at a corner) was more cynical and should in generwl be punished more.

I hate diving, even when our own players do it. Ref got both dives nailed on IMO and both deserved a booking for the theatrics of it. The ref did miss a few things, notably when Brown got punched in the face in the scuffle towards the end but I thought Mansell got lucky with his 2 footed lunge, he got booked but that could have easily been a straight red .

I'm not suggesting he definitely did, but I think it's good when players adapt their challenges when they realise what 'sort' of ref they have that day. The ref clearly wouldn't give much so maybe some of our tackles became a bit harder than average?

He also missed Ellis getting involved and taking a swing, but fortunately missing the target!

That only raises more questions though.

It's on alright and that useless toxxer Matt Taylor has scored..again. More than happy that he scored that simple tap in, have seen him miss chances like that before, However, his overall contribution to todays game was pathetic. You've always said on here that it doesn't matter what else a striker does in a game as long as he scores because that's what he's there for. Now your saying that our striker who scored the only goal of the game to win 1-0 made a pathetic contribution ?

This point has been made to him by a few different people and he has ignored it each time, because there is obviously no come-back. He doesn't care if he's proven wrong. He's a WUM, and if you read his posts knowing this, occasionally they are quite amusing as he has a bone-dry sense of humour. If no-one reacted, he'd stop, but somehow it wouldn't be quite the same around here without tbone!

When have I always said that?. I dont remember always saying that. Show me where I have always said it. I would be interested to see.

Someone's gonna bother to look up one of your old posts, and quote it here, and then you're gonna say that was one post, not always, always means forever. Deliberately confusing the meanings of always, meaning forever and also, just as correctly in casual conversation meaning generally or usually. Can't we just pretend you've already done it, just to save time. No one will think it's clever, anyway.

How is continually slagging off our star striker & manager showing a sense of humour? It's a bit like a troll on twitter or FB being caught by the old bill and their defence being "I was only joking officer I didn't mean any harm". It's just a quick witty one liner then we can all ignore them/have a laugh, but T Bone has to keep on the abuse right though match day threads etc.
