And next year plans to be a city of sport, hypocricy or what I've got to say that good, reliable, cheap public transport is the way to go. Here in Frankfurt, the public transport is so good that I didn't own a car for over ten years. If I wanted a car on weekends etc for any reason, I just hired a tank. corrected that for you

George Ferguson can sling his hook! If Rovers move to South Glos, I'll have no need to drive in his 20 mph speed limits! All shopping and football in South Glos!
The bloke is a clown!

If we do move to UWE we should change our name to South Gloucestershire Rovers.
We shop at the Mall, football at UWE , get the train from Parkway, grew up in Bradley Stoke, used to work at Airbus all in South Glos. What have Rovers got to do with Bristol, our heartland is South Glos, Kingswood etc, it should be reflected in the name

A new name could be "The SG Pirates". We are moving on , new stadium , billionaire owners, Prem football in a few years , we should rebrand ourselves. We have one of the richest man in the world who owns the club, overnight we have became a "world brand". I'm sure he don't want to upset the fans by changing the name but I'm sure most of us would be in favour of the name change.

Far too subtle for the londonexile persuasion though.

Just think we should get into the Prem as quikly as possible. Winning the FA cup would be great but lets go straight through the leauges first. But with the signings what are coming the cups competions next could be a real possibility.

Or maybe he did say Europe in three years and not five, not sure.

I think we should just continue to humour it.......after all, the poor soul wakes up every day and remembers that it supports the sh1t. Can't be a happy life eh?

Here in Frankfurt, the public transport is so good that I didn't own a car for over ten years. If I wanted a car on weekends etc for any reason, I just hired one. I had some friends living in Gothenburg Sweden and visited a few times. Hardly anyone in the estate where they lived owned a car due to the brilliant and cheap (by Swedish standards) tram system.
