What a GREAT GREAT performance AND result!!!! That game had "Banana Skin" written all over it after Newport's result at Portsmouth last week and I am sure a lot of us would have taken a draw at 12:33 after they went one up. But what a team, what spirit - We really do have our Rovers back.
The early kick off also allows us to celebrate the afternoon away and, for a couple of hours anyway, become closet Luton, Barnet, D&R and Mansfield supporters.
UTG, but...... come on Luton!!!!!

Newport look pretty poor tbh. There for the taking if the midfield wakes up. Too many times their midfield have easily gained 30 yards due to no challenge from our midfield 4. Like I said. Taught them a lesson. Easy 3 points. Tore them apart second half. Great start to Saturday and it ain't even 3pm! UTG! |
