Mildenhall 7 His turnaround in form has been impressive. Two good saves second half.
Leadbitter 7.5 Very good today, nice assist for Bodins goal. Clarke 7 Fairly solid today apart from one scary moment in the first half. McChrystal 7 Distribution was poor but his defending very good. Brown 7 Usual steady game.
Montano 7.5 Another impressive performance and unlucky not to score. Clarke 7 Covered loads of ground and worked extremely hard. Lines 6.5 Not at his best today but still good in flashes. Bodin 8 Scored two goals and looked a real threat with the ball.
Gaffney 7 Worked his socks off. Taylor 7 Took his goal so well, lovely composure.

Mildenhall 8 Another top class display. The instinctive stop with his hand was incredible. Leadbitter 7.5 Great all round display, if he could improve his final ball he will be one hell of a player. Clarke J 7.5. One bad error which he attoned for but overall top class, surely the find of the season. McChrystal 7 as last week. slow start but solid after that, subject of some dubious treatment including one late cynical challenge. Brown 7 Mr Dependable yet again! Bodin 8.5. What a difference a pitch makes, obviously loves playing on a bowling green as opposed to a beach.Unlucky to not get a hat trick. Lines 7.5 Another excellent Linesey effort. Clarke O. 7. As last week excellent. Hope his injury sustained in the first half is not to bad. Montano 8.5. My MOM for a superb allround display, his defending, attacking [Cambridge could not handle him and a wide man who can head a ball. Just proves if you give someone with his skill a good run in the team he will reward you. So unlucky with the volley just over, fantastic strike. Taylor 7 great goal but possibly should have had a couple more. Gaffney 7.5. Runs and runs, showed some skilful touches, creates loads of space for Taylor.
Lawrence 6 Easter 6.5 Parkes 6.5
Ref 7 Very generous to us on occasions, but very lenient with some cynical challenges by Cambridge. Thought the challenge on Bodin deserved a red, nasty stud cuts just above his knee. Crowd 8 Cambridge 6

Mildenhall 8 great save early doors and a wonder save at 2-0. Bang in form.
Leadbitter 7 We got our Danny back today best game in a while. J. Clarke 7 A bit shaky to start but done a good job. McChrystal 7 Had his hands full against a decent striker. Brown 7 consistent, having a great season.
Bodin 7 fantastic goals a bit quiet second half. O. Clarke 7 backed up last week with a solid performance. Lines 8 his tracking back and all round game made a big difference. Bang in form. Montano 9 MOTM defending, attacking, shooting his best game so far.
Taylor 7 great finish always a nuisance. Gaffney 8 lead line very well, very skilful. Him and Taylor are potent atm.

Mildenhall 8 Fantastic since his return. Games change in an instant and his reaction save from the corner 2nd half was crucial.
Leadbitter 7.5 Energetic and did well defensively which is considered his weak point. Good future ahead if he continues improving.
J. Clarke 7.5 No Lockyer, but solid cb cover when we needed it.
McChrystal 7 None of the defence deserve any less than 7 for a clean sheet. However, thought he was out muscled a lot of the time and distribution is awful, which invites pressure back on to us.
Brown 7.5 Loyal, reliable and consistent. No more needs to be said.
Bodin 8.5 Big fan. Creates things from nothing and has that touch of class.
O. Clarke 7 Solid, committed performance, but didn't think we dominated in the middle enough.
Lines 7 Not his greatest day, but good to have him back to form recently and did track back well. As above, don't feel we dominated enough. Montano 8 Impressed with his touch and all round game today, nearly scored a wonder goal first half. An additional attacking threat.
Taylor 7.5 Quiet for most of the game by his standards but defence handled both forwards pretty well. Showed his class with the goal.
Gaffney 8 Love the guy. Never stops battling, got such quick feet for a bigger lad and his cross field pass to Taylor 2nd half was quality.
Subs: Lawrence 6 Still not sold on him. Gives the ball away too much. However, think it was his assist for Taylor's goal. Could be wrong. Parkes 6 Did ok, not on long. Easter 7 Battled and held ball up well. Good footballer but not an out and out striker.
Crowd 8 Ref 5 Cambridge 2 Horrible side overall. Had chances but main aim was to bully us off the pitch. And as for Derry......

Mildenhall 8.5 If the teams had exchanged keepers before the start Cambridge may have got a point. Leadbitter 7.5 Shows how ruthless DC is when he drops players like Leads. Covers back quicker than any L2 defender I've seen, and his crosses are better now. McChrystal 7 Steady enough J Clarke 7 Ditto . Pairing good enough for most L2 strikers Brown Usual steady game. With Montano ripping up Cambridge for ass paper in front of him, he missed two good opportunites to score when he chose to cross when unchallenged in the penalty area. If only he had been outside he would have buried them. Bodin 8.5 Real game changer Lines 7 With Bodin and Montano playing, Chris Lines need and oportunities to make his runs were limited and he had to defend more, which fair play to him he did well. O Clarle 7 I expected to miss Sinclair, but Ollie has stepped up and is more of a goal threat. Montano 8 probably better than Bodin, but two goals as got to be worth an extra mark Taylor 7.5 Remember those strikers like Stewart, Penrice, Randall, you expected them to score every game.
Gaffney 7 Up against a bruiser, but that didn't bother him.
Easter 6.5 Cambridge could not ignore him
Parkes 6.5 Straight into the action.
Lawrence 6.5 Cambridge were already beaten, knew just what to do.
DC 8.5 Picks his own team, doesn't listen to us.
Crowd 8 Sounded like 10k today
Cambridge 7 Tried to take the game to Rovers, bit like AFC Wimbledon, and suffered the same for it.

Mildenhall 8 One great save in a good all round goalkeeping display. Leadbitter 7.5 Good defensively and when attacking. J. Clarke 7 Steady, no frills defending. McChrystal 7 Competent defending and good marshalling. Brown 7 Consistent and reliable.
Bodin 8 Caused confusion in the Cambridge ranks. O. Clarke 7 Another no frills player who does his job well. Lines 7.5 Not just good going forward but has added some good defensive work. Montano 8.5 My MOTM. Quick and skilful. Great tracking back. His willingness to shoot suggests he is playing with great confidence.
Taylor 7.5 Excellently taken goal and good team play. Gaffney 7.5 Great attacking spearhead.
Subs: Lawrence 6 Did the job required of him when he came on. Parkes 6 As above Easter 6 As above
Crowd 8 Ref 8 Let the game flow. Cambridge 6 Not a bad side. They could well help Rovers cause over the rest of the season, starting Monday against Oxford.

Mildenhall 8.5 another excellent display Leadbitter 8 good both defensively and a lovely cross for Bodins goal J. Clarke 7 ok but does have a mistake in him, luckily it didnt cost us today McChrystal 7 solid but awful distributon Brown 7.5 another high energy game Bodin 8 two good goals, always has that touch of class O. Clarke 8 battled well, did all the ugly stuff well Lines 8.5 enjoying a good run of form, seems to want the ball more in these last few games Montano 8.5 M.o.M showing the form that a run in the side was always going to bring,I particularly like his tracking back and link up play with Browner, he was unlucky with a superb effort in the first half. Taylor 7 took his goal well, him and Gaff are the ideal partnership. Gaffney 8 led the line well and a sublime pass for Taylors goal, he;s so important to the team Subs: Lawrence 5,5 gives the ball away too much Parkes 6.5 slotted in well Easter 7 a good cameo performance Crowd 8 good atmospthere Ref 7 let the game flow (sometimes too lenient) Cambridge 6 a decent 4th division team mid table is about there level

My own opinions from the game, results to follow shortly.
It's really tempting to give every player a 7.5 as it was such a team performance where every single player showed their worth to the team and made a contribution to the game.
Mildenhall 8 Pulled off multiple great saves
Leadbitter 7.5 Got forward well and had the beating of their left-back every time. Improved his final ball for Bodin's second. J. Clarke 7 Couple of dodgy moments in an unfamiliar partnership but never shirked the challenge. McChrystal 7 Same as above Brown 7 I felt he gave the opposition a bit too much room to put crosses in.
Bodin 8 Showed why he needs to be in the team even after a few sub-par performances. Has the quality to create something out of nothing which is crucial at this level. O. Clarke 7.5 Looked like he could be overrun early on, but stuck to the task and helped gain control in the game. Lines 7.5 His work-rate to cover ground was immpressive. Montano 8.5 My Man of the Match. Given a run in the team and he is showing his quality. Forced two really good saves from their keeper and linked up nicely with up top. Tracking back was excellent as well and shows how hard the players want to work to stay in this team.
Taylor 7.5 Out of the game for patches, but took the chance he needed to. Gaffney 7.5 Caused Cambridge problems and he clearly wanted a goal.
Subs: Lawrence 6 Limited impact from the bench. Parkes 6.5 The change in formation was so elegant, partly because all of these players understand each other's game and role. Easter Not on long enough
Crowd 8.5 Ref 7 Can't really remember much about him, so he can't have been that bad. Cambridge 6 Mid-table

Results in and Christian Montano was Motm for the first time this season, with a score of 8.17.
Both Montano and Bodin scored their highest ratings of the season.
The gap between the top and bottom starting player was only 1.28. This was only closer in one game this season, 1.25 between Taylor and Lines at Oxford.
Up to and including the Wycombe game the average referee's score was 5.0. In the six winning games since then, the average is 6.4.
Another good response to this thread with 18 replies, takes it to over 400 ratings for the season. Currently at 410.
Mildenhall 7.8
Leadbitter 7.4 J. Clarke 7.1 McChrystal 6.9 Brown 7.1
Bodin 8.1 O. Clarke 7.1 Lines 7.4 Montano 8.2
Taylor 7.3 Gaffney 7.3
