I find it strange that they state, "It may come as a shock that the only chant on our list to be synonymous with one club and one club alone may have been adopted by West Ham fans after hearing their visiting Swansea counterparts sing it in the early 1920s.". I know of no other club that sings "Irene"? The story of how the 'ammers came to sing "Bubbles" is along the same lines as how Rovers came to sing Irene: Yet another in the long history of turning something in adversity to become part of Rovers bluetiful lore.

Knowing a couple of Manchester City supporters, from before they got the dosh, I'd add Blue Moon in there as being unique Doc.
