We are very unlikely to win every game between now and the end of season, as is everyone else. A month ago being in the hunt for automatic looked miles beyond us so to even be in this position is incredible.
This is a weakened team, their second game in three days at the other end of the country, I would have been happy with a draw before the start. If we drop a couple of places tonight that doesn't preclude automatic promotion just as a win today wouldn't guarantee it.
Let's enjoy it - last few years in the league were bloody dire and assuming DC gets some cash to invest in the close season we will improve again next year.
Finally(and trying not to tempt fate) to me this squad has the same mentality as the 1990 one - so I reckon we will nick a number of 1-0 / 2-1 wins over last few games
