Not wishing to detract from a great comeback today, but what were those idiots thinking throwing bottles at the Northampton keeper?
Do they not realise the damage that could do to us as a club and how dangerous it is to the opposition player? These idiots need to be banned for a long time - they don't belong to the club I love.
Idiots!
Rant over - On a positive note, great comeback performance today - we were dead and buried with 15 minutes to go but that comeback shows the character in this team. And great tactical substitutions from Darrel. I thought Ellis and Montano won us a point today.

Why was their keeper a target? Pathetic behaviour stuff like this.

Bottles? Inside of a football ground? Is this really allowed?

He got pelted because he was wrestling for the ball in the net with Harrison after Taylor's goal, Harrison rightly wanted it quickly to restart and maintain momentum
Northampton had been variously time wasting all game from 1-0 , frustration all round about that , in hindsight that time wasted could have been telling, 5 mins more..we'd have done them

Mindless behaviour, nothing justifies it.

Let's hope it's not included in the referee's report.

On the sh*t (a**hole bar stewards) forum it's being said gas fans on the pitch. Any truth in this?

I was just relaying what happened as someone asked timewasting gamesmanship boils my water the bottle throwers slowed the restart as the ref minced off to the tunnel with the articles and this lost us more time so everyone was an Asshole , the keeper, the bottle throwers , the ref, the Northampton chancers and me for explaining what happened

Stupid behaviour and could land us in trouble. Unfortunately things like this happen in football. Wednesday's fans smashed all the windows of the Hen and chicken today too, it's not even a football pub anymore, families having lunch covered in glass and bricks Wankers.

Don't see how the club can get in trouble for things like this. What can they actually do? Tie up all our fans during the game?

Tie up all our fans during the game? Same with racism, same with fighting etc etc.....the authorities need to be seen to be doing something and they can rarely find the actual offenders so they punish the clubs....

Let's hope it's not included in the referee's report. It will be, the ref carried the offending articles to the 4th official very pointedly. Warning for that, perimeter damage and pyros coming our way I suspect

Let's hope it is just a warning. If a few A,holes cost us a point deduction......
Did anyone else see the coin thrown at Gaffney at Portsmouth - he made no fuss and picked it up and gave it to someone, the Ref I think. Nothing came of that.

Correction - their keeper tried to kick off about being elbowed or hit in the mouth. No excuse of course. He was reacting to Rovers fans all 2nd half. Bit poor for a pro, at home, nailed on for promotion. Would have thought he could ignore it
