I heard his lawyer on the radio talking about this a couple of months ago, he read the transcript of the event. It was unexpected to hear a QC saying c&@! on national radio!!!
Bearing in mind what would have happened if the roles were reversed (and some of the stories are horrible), is pretty hard to understand. Hadn't the Taliban been shot up by an Apache and he was putting him out of his misery?
Good luck to him as far as I can see.
