'Club legend' gets bandied about, probably a bit too easily, and it's been discussed before about Brown's loyalty, and his place in Rovers history, but he's a proper ledge, now, right?
Also, lucky he played every minute of the season for us, coz we really needed him for the last three.

Totally. Has stuck with us through thick and thin. Couldn't have scripted it better that he got the winner.

Lee Brown's right foot should have legendary status! That's the first time he's used it apart from standing on it!!!

I'm sure there was a thread on here pre match about who people would like to score the winner. Not sure I said Brown, probably Lines for some reason knowing me....
However, the more I think about it, the more it was meant to be. He really is a true professional and can rightly be considered a bit of a legend. He has already committed to a new contract for the next year or two (nobody knows) and genuinely sounds like he wants to be here.
Such a fitting moment, lets hope others follow suit and sign on the line soon.....

Just saw points West and they showed him still out on the Gloucester Road being held aloft celebrating with fans 2 hours later.

Without a doubt a legend. The way he stuck by us when we went down, it's a rare thing these days loyalty. Didn't know that about his mum and dad but that says it all. All that and he always departs himself in a totally professional way.

Always been a ledge in my book.
I bet his baby comes out the womb in blue & white quarters, and never misses a day of school or work in his life.

Total legend for sure, 195 appearances, not one where he hasn't given 100%

Yeah, I'd say he will be forever a Rovers legend.

The entire team are legends pretty much. Any promotion team is but to do it twice....couldn't exclude any of the players, Lockyer, Taylor, mmc, parkes, et al.
I think browner gets a nod for his incredible doggedness and loyalty but any double promotion player is a de facto legend. It's only a question of to what degree.
