Happy with our wide options, may need one more if matty leaves as i could see bodin being used more centrally I think if Matty leaves we'll look to bring two good proven strikers in because if we only bring in one then it's a risk because it might not work out. Bring in two it doubles the chances of finding a 20 goals a season one. Matty would have been offered a bloody good deal, if he leaves then we could afford to go hunting for some decent forwards.

A winning squad member who knows what is expected and what the rewards are. Hopefully a winning squad member this time next year too.
S.H. mentioned several new players to come in on top of those who sign new deals. Is this because a few are leaving or to increase the squad size ?
Gaffney , Harrison , Easter , Taylor and a loan player were required last season against teams with smaller squads and budgets. At present rovers are one maybe two players down in numbers with a harder task at hand. I expect two strikers to come in even if Taylor stays. One may be a season long loan of a youngster (?)

Good squad player but hope to be proved wrong I hope your right. Our success has been down to having a good squad rotating under a good manager.

Think we need two anyway as we'll need to replace McBurnie, assuming he doesn't return on loan, good news re Montano as he started to hit form at the end of the season. Just Lines, Gosling & Taylor to sign now?

I am quite satisfied that these players have signed up. Imagine if they were all rejecting and moving on? We already have the bulk of a mentally strong side from last season and that will stand us in good stead, hopefully. CB replaced. Another wide player added. It's looking ok so far and I'm quietly confident that with a couple more strong signings we can do ok.

Would certainly need one but would be surprised with two. Easter, Harrison, Gaffers, potentially bodin plus taylor or a good signing will do me!

will need a slightly bigger squad this year no emergency loans allowed, dc said he would sign 4 or 5 player on top of what we've got and that number would increase if players decided to move on, i can still see another defender coming in, a goalkeeper, centre mid, and a striker. if matty leaves i can see 2 strikers and same with gosling and clarke.

Sackfuls of begging letters heading Monty's way now. I've already sent mine. Yeah, I was gonna go to a midweek game but I can't afford a new fitted kitchen. what's the point when you just eat Pot Noodles in your pants?

His main problem was trying to fill the Monkhouse role which didn't come naturally to him. Delighted he's staying.

If he is getting regular games I think we will see a much improved player as his confidence grows good signing!

Good squad player but hope to be proved wrong Would like to see Montano and Harrison getting more starts. They changed the game to get us a point against Cobblers. Loads of pace and strength along with another match saving goal from Ellis. Give them both starts. Matty can go on the bench while he decides whether he wants Celtic or Wigan !! Good luck Matty whatever you finally decide !
