He plays semi pro for Bath. Like many semi professional footballers he has a job. His job is as a coach with Rovers. I'm fairly sure, but not certain that his role with us is not a full time job. He still runs his own training camps for youngsters too. He's a very driven and dedicated individual. I would think his commitment to his role with BRFC is the last thing we need to worry about.

You mean the man in possession of a (seniors) world cup winners medal?
The last thing I would be worried about is his ability to play for one team and coach at another.
Always been a true professional in my mind, even for an ex sh*t-head

It was said when he joined us that he would still play for bath. Good thing in my opinion means he is fit and sharp when coaching for us.

It's not an unusual thing to happen. Lots of ex Bournemouth players down here play semi pro for the local teams Weymouth, Wimborne etc. and as B'mouth have expanded their academy they are brought back in to coach the youngsters. Eddie Howe likes it that way, he trusts the players as coaches and its the Bournemouth-way. Seems a good way to go at Rovers if Phillips and Parinello are academy coaches. Always strikes me as a good way of saying we look after our own. UTG!
