So, it's my first attempt at something different. I've mastered chilli, carbonara, bol, jambalaya so tomorrow it's curry. Got supplies, 1.5kg of skirt steak, all the spices, slow cooker on standby.

No, not Edwina, not goat either.
So I prepped, chopped, blended, mixed, and now it's in the slow cooker, on low. Smells rather nice even if I do say so myself. No doubt it will all have fallen out my bottom by this time tomorrow.

yeah sorry i forgot the skirt and im going to place myself in the corner of the room with a dunces cap on If you cant be arsed to cook from scratch home bargains do some fantastic curry jars, they have the spices in the top cost 79p ,even have one beginning with a d that i cant pronounce but it's absolutely gorgeous not even hot or mild but just fantastically tasting |
