I need some advice. My father and myself are going to the away game for the first time and we need some advice. I am asking because my father has COPD and cannot walk great distances or climb many stairs. We need to know the situation regarding seating. We are in S2 behind the goals, therefore do we:-
Enter the main area and have to climb up
Or
Enter the top and climb down
Or do they employ a seat anywhere system.
I have emailed Swindon but have had no reply after a week. I refuse to pay them 10p a minute and I don't know a decent medium.
Any information would be greatly appreciated.

Unless they've changed anything Steve, you enter at ground level, then go up, and it's not that deep so not many steps.
Also, it has always been a case of sit where you want, although that does seem to be our policy wherever we go!

I'd also make yourself known to a steward as last time I was there they were really hot on keeping all the fans together and walking us the long way out of the ground for miles at the end of the game.

Yeah the police love to walk you all the way to the train station even though you keep telling them you've parked in a completely different direction. Then they tell you that you'd better cover your colours up when they finally realise you weren't bullshiting. It's actually easier getting the train tbh.
