What's the fascination with saying we should loan players out, as once they are gone until at least January what do we as fans actually gain? If say we bring in another CM next week and he gets injured/suspended in his first match, what do we do then to replace him if OC's been sent out on loan?
The only players we can really send out on loan are players like Gosling who are reserves to the subs, even then it's risky as it only takes two players in the same position to be injured/suspended/off form/on international duty etc to leave us short this season.

Re the Ollie Clarke debut, he was 20, last game of the 2010-11 season with nothing to play for which is a normal time to try some youngsters. Lines made his debut at 21 so in my opinion we need to be patient and give the likes of Broom and others a little time. There will always be exceptions such as Ampadu but these are rare and often linked to the league position and clubs financial position unless you find a superstar such as Rashford. I have no doubt the likes of Broom will get some game time this year but ideally this will either come in the EFL cup or at the end of the season if we are comfortable and not in playoffs etc. Assuming these lads keep listening, learning and developing physically I would expect 2017-18 to be the season when they are challenging to make an impact.
