Luke Freemn would be class but very unlikely. I don't care where they come from as long as they are better than we have got. Yes, Super Jason Roberts didn't work out badly eh

Hopefully the Boateng signing will see us go 4-4-2 a bit more, with Lines-Boateng in the middle.
I'd certainly feel a lot more confident about going with that system now.

From the wording of DC I would say that concludes our dealings. Better one than none.

I would imagine we are now desperate to arrange a midweek game, next week.

Wtf is it with the period of the loans ? Roos 6 months and now Boeting until Jan 2nd. Isn't it going to be a false economy ? I really don't get it. It'd be easy to better understand if it was season long. I am properly mixed up about this now. I can't help but wonder if the GK thing could turn out like last season. I know this is rovers but this is just weird.

I know this is rovers but this is just weird. I think its more because the parent clubs want to reevaluate the players' progress in Jan, see if they need to be recalled or moved higher up the Pyramid. Bit why all the window action has happened the last few days. Vast majority of these six month loans will turn into season long ones I reckon.

Bristol Rovers have signed Palace midfielder Hiram Boateng on loan until 2nd January. The Eagles’ current Development Player of the Year makes the move back to the south-west after spending the majority of last season on loan at Plymouth Argyle, whom he helped to the League Two play-off final where they lost to AFC Wimbledon. He will now finally make the step up to League One this season with the Gas, who won automatic promotion in May and have claimed four points from their first four games in their new division. As well as his exploits with the Pilgrims, Boateng made his Premier League debut against Swansea City back in February and played in most of the Eagles’ first-team friendlies this summer, including all three of their games in the USA and Canada. Making his debut back in 2013 in an FA Cup tie against Stoke City, he has made three first-team appearances for the Eagles and also spent time on loan at Crawley Town.
