In the last few days we have had the club and SC offering free coach travel to Swindon, reduced prices for a future game (if two match tickets purchased) and a free back to school pack for kids.
It probably won't get much publicity elsewherem, but at least our club is trying to look after the fans a bit, even if the club are going to lose a fair bit of money doing it.

I think we're starting to see some real changes in terms of marketing the club and nurturing support, hope this is the start of more to come, we need to be doing this now well in advance of a new stadium.
Don't know what the club do regarding a database of fans (and potential fans) but I would hope that this aspect is being looked at closely and improved, so that the club has info on who goes to which matches etc.., their profile etc.. So that specific deals and groups of people can be targetted for special deals etc.
I would also like to see some traditional marketing billboards etc. put up around Bristol, and targetting of kids in Bristol and also surrounding areas schools to give the 82ers a good run for their money...

Our social media team seem a lot more professional than they were a year ago and there's clearly some thought going into how the club is run. I would have agreed with you before February though.
