For those people that chanted for Mildenhall when Dale scored you should be ashamed. Roos was not at fault from any of the goals and I doubt if Mildenhall would have got near then either. The reason Dale scored was that they used the wings and whilst our diamond shaped left and right midfielders were up the field, Rochdale pulled our back 3 all over the place. If you want to blame anyone blame DC who experiments at our expense. At home we should play 4-4-2. attack attack attack. Roos started to come out when they scored their first goal, realised he would struggle to get to it and froze in no mans land. The Dale player had the easy job of taking the ball a couple more steps before almost passing it into the net behind Roos. It all started when Hartley got done in the LB channel, and because of the lack of defenders there was no one on the goal line to at least make their player work for his goal.

Yep, Hartley not filling gap left by Brown being so far forward. We were asking for it all 1st half right in front of where I was stood

I remember when we used to shout 'Poooo' when Guy Ipoua scored. Although, I think it only happened once.

Too much unnecessary tinkling with the team. Stubborness to play a formation that just doesn't work at home. Why doesn't he get a stubbornness to give Montano a run of games on the wing instead of always replacing hi. Even when he plays well ie Oxford he is rewarded with ....... a place back on the bench. Can't fault DC for all the success he has brought us but everybody should also remember that he is;like a lot of our players, a very inexperienced Manager at this level and most weeks now will come up against very experienced Managers at this level who will field pretty well unchanged teams each game who know their games inside out. For me a start would be to get Brown to pass the ball early to a winger in front of him and actually let the winger do his job rather than keep making the same runs that take the wingers space. Certainly Browner himself is not a good winger and has had so many opportunities where he has proved this. Monty didn't even make the bench yesterday

If we had a back 4 then Brown would have been there with Hartley in the middle. Football is a simple game, unless you are DC

Its going to take time to find a winning formula home and away. We have achieved this for the last 2 seasons starting slowly. The new players will take time to gel with new surroundings. As for shouting Mildenhall after they scored a bit out of order, but Mildy did kind of milk the crowd when walking onto the pitch which could of influenced things to a certain extent.

I'm not sure why a selection of our fans do this, Mildy has had his fair share of bad performances and cost us on countless occasions but people just won't have a bad word said about him.

I guess they appreciate he hasn't lets us down since returning to the side last summer, whilst playing a big part in our Wembley victory.

As well as that, during his horrid Conference season people were chanting his name when Puddy was solid.

Exactly this , like I mentioned previously mildy in my opinion has been at fault this season , Scunthorpe , Bolton , Chelsea but because this huge love in for him he gets away with it, mildy has been one of my favourite players over the last few years but I think age is catching up with him. Not saying he's crap but change is needed and Roos is of a good pedigree but people need to get off his back while he tries to fill mildys boots, Roos is probably well aware that mildy is a fans favourite so he's also got that to contend with.

Name me a Rovers player who does not make a mistake in a match - unfortunately for keepers it can be more costly. Strikers too - it can be costly when they miss.

People won't have a bad word said against Mildy but they won't let you forget if a player in the same position or anyone else on the pitch makes a mistake.
