Someone is going to have to put their hand in their pocket for some team improvements otherwise they could be going straight back down. Getting hammered at home at the moment.

Now THAT is a hammering from wasps. I've passed the dead to me phase and, sad as I appreciate it is, get some pleasure out of them losing now.
I still have some of the old Briz shirts I used to wear to their matches at the Mem but I've just got no real affiliation with them any more now they are Bristol Sport Rugby Department (mid-transition to red).

Getting spanked again. Home to Exeter and 19 points behind at half time.

17-41 defeat to Exeter. 3 games, 3 losses. Back in the park league if they don't get some premiership class players in.

I never really cared much about Bristol even when they played at the Mem, but I didn't dislike them as such. Now even though I'm a Bristolian, it gives me great pleasure to see them mess up their first Prem season in so long. Money bags and arrogant, literally just the Rugby version of their new bed buddies City.

I watched a bit of the Bristol and Bath match on BT Sport.
As a rugby fan and proud Bristolian I always wanted Bristol Rugby to do well, even after SL took over. After a bit I became ambivalent especially with our own issues of form and relegation. However, tonight I found myself wanting Bath to win convincingly. Not sure why, maybe it was seeing them at Ashton Gate and loosing that affinity.
So sad.

Sale Sharks have reported to the RFU that one of their players (former Bristol player) leaked confidential tactic information to one of his ex team mates during the game. Bristol came from 15-0 down to win 24 -23.
