Surely loathe when it comes to Somerset and Bath Rugby (loathe definition - feel intense dislike or disgust for) is a bit strong.
One of the great pleasures of a top level cricket or Rugby match is the way the opposition fans mix and there is no trouble, and yes as Somerset are my Cricket team, Bath are my Rugby team. I do not loathe Gloucestershire Cricket, Bristol or Gloucester Rugby and normally want the West Country sides to do well. Clearly Bristol Rugby now being part of the Dark Lord's Empire makes that one hard.
