A newspaper trying to derail the England team FFS who cares what Sam says or thinks he is employed to do a job, otherwise get Mrs Miggins in from the WI no scandal there!

All he agreed to do for the £400,000 was give talks abroad 4 times. Don't see the problem with that either, although now he's on £3 million a year, not sure why he would want to!!

Also if you watch the video, he says he would need the FA's blessing before taking the £400,000 deal, however, the papers seem to have missed that part out, I wonder why??? Lol

If it is proved to be true it will be another sad day for English football Corruption in FIFA and UEfa I have got used to but to see the boss of our national side drawn into a corruption charge is a disgrace I agree with a previous post that he should be amde an example of if he is guilty Who have we left to replace him? I thought we were scapping the barrel when we appointed him They need a dynamic guy like DC but nobody is having him He's ours!!

He said when they signed Valencia the agreement ended, when they signed him. He didn't say players in England are owned by other parties. If he knows, I expect every manager knows. As long as they don't get involved, I don't see the problem.

Best young English coach there is (apart from Howe) and is highly respected and thought of in the 'football circles' What has achieved to be put over Dyche for starters? And why does the English coach have to be English?

And why does the English coach have to be English? He has a lot to prove no doubt about that but the way he has started with City and the what he did with Oldham and Barnsley is a start. He's above Dyche because of the way he plays football and is a modern coach of the game, Dyche for all his success has never been high on the FA list and there's a reason he hasn't got a job at a bigger club than Burnley and that's down to the way he views/plays the game. Johnson is highly rated within the game and has a lot of good contacts.

Chelsea have trusted him with arguably the best young English striker (apart from Rashford) and their best prospect! He has spent a lot of time travelling and studying how other businesses such as NHS and the SAS work and how they operate in order to improve himself. I genuinely believe he will be a premiership manager soon and eventually England manager.

Allardyce has been incredibly naive and it doesn't reflect well on him that he let himself be duped.
The stuff about Roy was a bit crass, to be honest, but nothing too malicious.
The rest of the opinions, whilst obviously kicking himself in the teeth as regards his employers, are hard to argue with as an outsider.
The 3rd party thing has a bit of a smell about it, but he has stopped short of any actual wrongdoing as far as I can see.
The £400,000 speech thing is clumsy but he said he'd have to run it by his employers, so again, no wrongdoing.
All in all, the guy doesn't come across in a particularly likeable fashion, but what's new? I've never been a big fan of his but I don't think there's anything here which should cause him to lose his job, though his relationship with his employers might need a bit of rebuilding. His card is probably marked now, if results don't go his way, so he must deliver or he'll be a goner.

Reading the lines about Roy hodgsons indecisiveness was interesting. How he doubled up on the word "he" and the use of "maybe" didn't sound too decisive . People are allowed opinions ,and if people ask for an opinion that's what they get. Many people have used the "woy" word , I'm sure RH has heard it a million times and doesn't bat an eyelid at it ,still not the nicest way to talk about what most people consider to be a decent bloke (despite tournament failure) . It's fair to say SA got the job based more on lack of a better choice rather than him being the one they really want. Though for newspaper to comment on SA name calling after their treatment of Graham Taylor is a bit much.

Complete non story, only the English press would try and get rid of their national manager before he's properly started his reign. And Lee Johnson will be England manager one day! Can't see Lee Johnson taking the England job because he's at such a massive club now it would be a backward step

Abrahams IS the reason City are not near the foot of the table. DC has achieved two successive promotions with non league resources. Now that IS an achievement from a future England manager. Prem at least.

He should have offered to resign after saying Rooney can do what he wants as hes got more international experience than himself.
Bit rich for him to slate Roy about getting a grip on players when he comes out with stuff like:
“Wayne played where he wanted to,”
“I think he holds a lot more experience at international football than I do as an international manager,”
“So, when he’s using his experience and playing as a team member, it’s not for me to say where he’s going to play.”
