Caps lock still stuck. No news on UWE. Mem given a lick of paint. Mid-table position induces hysteria and panic. City in relegation zone.

Gridlock around Bradley Stoke, Hartcliffe Way, Winterstoke Rd and the Bath Bridge cluster. Cold. Trumpy. Brexity. Something to do with cryogenics or a space probe crash. A Harisson thread and a melt or two.

Bristol and its traffic affects our matchday experience. Colder months encourage car usage over shankseys and public transport.

Bringing sense back to a very sensible thread
Taylor sold for £1m - As I see it this depends of how many clubs want him and who they are. If he has a valuation to opt out then we will have to hope that more than 1 club are in the running and a bidding war takes place otherwise difficult to hazard a guess what the opt out amount is. 1m is chaep for a striker who has scored so many goals and is probably on for another 25 this season Harrison loaned out to a league 2 club- Maybe but if say we got a big physical striker in Harrison may be given a chance to play alongside him. Lawrence, lucas, gosling, mcchrystal told they are free to find a new club or see out there contract without playing- agree with probably Mansell joining them boateng and roberts returned to there parent clubs- I think they will both want to go back even if DC would like them to stay as both will need splinters removing
2 new strikers brought in both permanent 1 new midfielder brought in Permanent 1 Centre back on loan and one full back on loan.
Be a very interesting period. Wouldn't mind Taylor to be replaced by Taylor from Wimbledon.

Not sure about Bogle 1973 as find him a bit like Blissett but does score a few. Personally I would go for Akinde but I know he wont be manys cup of tea. Some have suggested JET but again I don't think a lot would be keen and probably not hard enough working for DC. Trouble is that most clubs wont want to release a good striker so it might be hard to get one let alone two without paying a lot of dough.Hence why I can see Harrison or James given a chance and signing a strong centre forward to play with them.

Akinde?! Jesus wept. Id rather bring back Blissett than that useless lump. Question marks over whether he's good enough for League Two, let alone League One. Incredibly 1 dimensional and nowhere near clinical enough.

I will be very, very worried about our survival chances if we dont replace taylor with proven quality. No way on earth could a current member of our squad replace his goals

Ideally we would keep Taylor and bring in a big strong scoring partner for him.
That or Rory can recreate his loan form between now and Christmas and we won't need to bring in a striker at all!
